2 Samuel 7:12 And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep withthy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed outof thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. 13 He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne ofhis kingdom for ever. 14 I will be his father, and he shall be my son. Psalms 31:5 Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, OLORD God of truth.

Isaiah 9:1 Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation,when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the landof Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way ofthe sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations. 2 The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they thatdwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. 3 Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy beforethee according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they dividethe spoil. 4 For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder,the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian. 5 For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolledin blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire. 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the governmentshall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor,The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, uponthe throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establishit with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zealof the LORD of hosts will perform this.
Isaiah 11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, anda Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom andunderstanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledgeand of the fear of the LORD; 3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: andhe shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after thehearing of his ears: 4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equityfor the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod ofhis mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
Isaiah 40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye theway of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. 4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be madelow: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: 5 And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see ittogether: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Isaiah 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my souldelighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgmentto the Gentiles. 2 He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in thestreet. 3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench:he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. 4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in theearth: and the isles shall wait for his law. 5 Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched themout; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; hethat giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walktherein: 6 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand,and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a lightof the Gentiles; 7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, andthem that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
Isaiah 49:1 Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far;The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hathhe made mention of my name. 2 And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his handhath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hidme;
Isaiah 49:6 And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servantto raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel:I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be mysalvation unto the end of the earth. 7 Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to himwhom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers,Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORDthat is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee. 8 Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in aday of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and givethee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inheritthe desolate heritages;
Isaiah 50:6 I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that pluckedoff the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
Isaiah 53:1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of theLORD revealed? 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out ofa dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him,there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted withgrief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and weesteemed him not. 4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteemhim stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities:the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we arehealed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his ownway; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: heis brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearersis dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare hisgeneration? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgressionof my people was he stricken. 9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death;because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: whenthou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, heshall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in hishand. 11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by hisknowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear theiriniquities. 12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall dividethe spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death:and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many,and made intercession for the transgressors.
Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hathanointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bindup the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the openingof the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeanceof our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty forashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spiritof heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the plantingof the LORD, that he might be glorified.
Jeremiah 23:5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise untoDavid a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shallexecute judgment and justice in the earth.

Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holycity, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to makereconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness,and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandmentto restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be sevenweeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, andthe wall, even in troublous times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but notfor himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroythe city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, andunto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in themidst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, evenuntil the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
