Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, whocan be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, howshall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God thatjustifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that isrisen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercessionfor us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, ordistress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we areaccounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him thatloved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separateus from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Galatians 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordainedby angels in the hand of a mediator. 20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.
Ephesians 2:17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, andto them that were nigh. 18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Ephesians 3:11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in ChristJesus our Lord:
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men,the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Hebrews 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like untohis brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in thingspertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. 18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succourthem that are tempted.
Hebrews 7:20 And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: 21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath byhim that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priestfor ever after the order of Melchisedec:) 22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continueby reason of death: 24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come untoGod by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. 26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; 27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. 28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the wordof the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecratedfor evermore.
Hebrews 8:1 Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We havesuch an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majestyin the heavens; 2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lordpitched, and not man. 3 For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: whereforeit is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. 4 For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that thereare priests that offer gifts according to the law: 5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses wasadmonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saithhe, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee inthe mount. 6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also heis the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon betterpromises. 7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place havebeen sought for the second. 8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith theLord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and withthe house of Judah: 9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the daywhen I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; becausethey continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel afterthose days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and writethem in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be tome a people: 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and theiriniquities will I remember no more. 13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now thatwhich decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
Hebrews 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; andwithout shedding of blood is no remission. 23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavensshould be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with bettersacrifices than these. 24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, whichare the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in thepresence of God for us: 25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enterethinto the holy place every year with blood of others; 26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world:but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin bythe sacrifice of himself. 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them thatlook for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
Hebrews 10:21 And having an high priest over the house of God; 22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, havingour hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed withpure water.
1 John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the nameof the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and thatye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thingaccording to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we havethe petitions that we desired of him.
